Help Tuple
Tuples that can be used, obviously, will be those that contain only the alignment characters:
- 'A' (Adenosine)
- 'C' (Cytidine)
- 'G' (Guanine)
- 'T' (Thymidine).
Therefore, one tuple valid will be any grouping of these four characters in the wished order and number.
For example: ATC, AAA, TCGGAC...
