Example 1

In the first part, FREQ calculates the frequency of the tuple introduced and makes a graphic representation of this in the DNA Chain.

We can see an image in x5 resolution, and we can also see a list of positions of the tuple.

For example, if we put this Fasta file:

homo.fna

>AB000263 |acc=AB000263|descr=Homo sapiens mRNA for prepro cortistatin like peptide, complete cds.|len=368
ACAAGATGCCATTGTCCCCCGGCCTCCTGCTGCTGCTGCTCTCCGGGGCC ACGGCCACCGCTGCCCTGCCCCTGGAGGGTGGCCCCACCGGCCGAGACAG CGAGCATATGCAGGAAGCGGCAGGAATAAGGAAAAGCAGCCTCCTGACTT TCCTCGCTTGGTGGTTTGAGTGGACCTCCCAGGCCAGTGCCGGGCCCCTC ATAGGAGAGGAAGCTCGGGAGGTGGCCAGGCGGCAGGAAGGCGCACCCCC CCAGCAATCCGCGCGCCGGGACAGAATGCCCTGCAGGAACTTCTTCTGGA AGACCTTCTCCTCCTGCAAATAAAACCTCACCCATGAATGCTCACGCAAGTTTAATTACAGACCTGAA

And search for this tuple: AT.

We will obtain this result:

If we want to see the x5 resolution image, we have to make click in the link of down:

And if we want to know all the positions where this tuple is, we also can make click in the other link:
